PRODUCT OVERVIEW ; Military Surplus Ammo Can 50 Caliber
military-ammo-box have hundreds of uses around the home, shop or range. These Ammo Cans feature sturdy steel construction with waterproof seals. The buyers at Midway purchase these cans in bulk from different suppliers and grade them before they are placed into inventory. Each can is visually inspect and lids are manually opened to ensure proper range of motion. Cans with internal rust are discarded and any debris is remove before can is sealed and label with the proper grade.
Grade 1: Excellent to New Unissued; military ammo box
–Cans show no sign of wear, except for very minor scuffs at contact points. They will have no signs of rust inside or out. Gasket on the lid will be present and in new condition. There will be no bends, creases or dents present. All grades may have markings, but grade 1 cans will not have any spray paint present, only military designations. Cans may have very minimal dirt, debris and/or water spots present due to outdoor storage. Interior will be dry but may contain an odor.
Grade 2: Good to Very Good –
military ammo box will show signs of minimal use. They may contain minor surface rust at contact points, edges and seams inside and out. The gasket on the lid will be present and in good to very good condition. Cans may have minor dents and signs of the can being manually straightened to ensure a proper seal, but will not contain creases. There may be a small amount of spray paint covering military designations as well as stickers and handwritten marking. Cans may have minimal dirt, debris and/or water spots present due to outdoor storage. Interior may have minimal condensation and may contain an odor.
Grade 3: Fair to Serviceable
– Cans will show signs of heavy use and/or fading. They will likely contain rust at contact points, edges and seams inside and out where the paint is bubbling, but will not alter the integrity of the can. The gasket on the lid will be present but may be cracked. Cans may have heavy spray paint, handwritten markings, stickers and/or duct tape. They could be missing one of the hinge pins, if applicable, but will still function properly. Cans may have dents and have been bent and contain a crease. These will be manually straightened to still provide a proper seal. Cans may have dirt, debris and/or water spots present due to outdoor storage. Interior may have condensation and may contain an odor.
